Exactly! The search for happiness is what motivates us... usually. The varying factor is what will make us happy, or in some instances what we think will make us happy. For me, it's personal satisfaction... I've determined that through long experience. Money isn't it for me. I've made lots of money and still been miserable. Being miserable for 8 hours a day isn't worth it when you can be happy all that time, right?
