• Sacramento Firemen - Naughtier Than Ever!
  Busted For 3 Ways on the Job!

  
  

  It's hard to believe, but the naughty Sacramento Firemen just can't seem to stay out of trouble!  One would think after the Porn Star Ball fiasco last summer (see my entries on 07.30.04 and 09.22.04), everyone in the department would be on their best behavior, but that's just not the case. 

  
  

  Yesterday, the Sacramento Bee reported that four firemen were placed on administrative leave pending an investigation for "on-duty consensual sexual misconduct". as described by Sacramento Fire Chief Julius "Joe" Cherry.  The investigation will focus on three separate incidents at Station 12 (Hollywood Park) involving a male captain, two male firefighters and one female firefighter.  According to the Bee article, three individuals would engage in sex acts, while the forth stood on the lookout. 

  
  

  Interestingly, the Fire Department's rules and regulations do not expressly prohibit sexual conduct at fire stations, where firefighters work twenty-four hour shifts.  However, the rules do require that department employees, "Be governed by the ordinary and reasonable rules of behavior observed by law-abiding and self-respecting citizens. No member shall commit any act tending to bring discredit upon the Department or its members."

  
  

  Mayor Heather Fargo stated that she was very disappointed, but noted the department has committed themselves to cleaning up.  She said this incident was "another reason why they need to stay focused."  Fire Chief Cherry stated, "We've broken the code of silence." and stated he expected his investigation would be complete in thirty days.

  
  

  Last but not least, three of the four firefighters were married.
